This easy to use bread kit, makes a delicious sourdough bread. Just add water!
The simple steps are: - Add water - Mix - Place on the parchment provided in the kit - Shape using a wet spatula - Place in the baking bag provided in the kit - Bake!
The result is a delicious home baked sourdough.

Nearly Rye sourdough mix is our fantastic alternative to the famous European dark bread - moist on the inside, crusty on the outside and delicious throughout! This delicious mix was commended at the 2016 Free From Awards! Subtle layers of caraway and fennel seeds make for a complex flavour in this hearty loaf, which goes perfectly with cured meats and cheese or simply drizzle with olive oil.

All our orders are now sent on a first class service. Standard delivery costs just £4.99 for orders of 2.5kg or less. Delivery cost then increases every 2.5kg as below:
- <2.5kg = £4.99
- 2-5kg - 5kg = £6.99
- 5kg - 7.5kg = £8.99
- 7.5kg - 10kg = £10.99
- 10kg+ = £12.99
We allow 550g for packing materials to keep your items safe, so that will contribute to the weight of your order.
Delivery Times
We aim to dispatch within 2 working days of your order being placed but it is usually dispatched within 24 hours.
In most cases delivery takes place within 2-5 working days from when your order is placed.
Returns & Refunds
In line with the UK Consumer Rights Act, as all the items on our website are food or drink, we cannot allow any returns.
All our items are sent out sealed and well packaged and will arrive as such.
