Please note: due to unprecedented demand orders may take slightly longer to dispatch than normal, however we are currently satisfying all orders within the timescales set out below.
Standard delivery costs just £3.99 for orders of 2.5kg or less and £5.99 for express delivery.
Delivery cost then increases every 2.5kg as below:
- <2.5kg = £3.99 / £5.99
- 2-5kg - 5kg = £5.99 / £7.99
- 5kg - 7.5kg = £7.99 / £9.99
- 7.5kg - 10kg = £9.99 / £11.99
- 10kg+ = £11.99 / £13.99
We allow 500g for packing materials to keep your items safe, so that will contribute to the weight of your order.
Delivery Times
We aim to dispatch within 2 working days of your order being placed but it is usually dispatched within 24 hours.
In most cases standard delivery takes place within 2-5 working days.
Express Delivery will usually be with you within 1-2 working days.
Returns & Refunds
In line with the UK Consumer Rights Act, as all the items on our website are food or drink, we cannot allow any returns.
All our items are sent out sealed and well packaged and will arrive as such.
